Off-Season All-Ages Team (STL, MO Area Only)

May to July. The off-season is where wrestlers make their biggest jumps. Freestyle and Greco introduce new positions, attacks, and scoring opportunities while reinforcing skills that carry directly into folkstyle. Expand your skill set, wrestle live, and keep progressing throughout the spring and summer.
