We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

2. HOW TO START A MERCHANDISE RETURN

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Purler Wrestling is not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. REFUNDS (MERCHANDISE ONLY)
Once your return is received and inspected:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items
Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete.
4. EXCHANGES
We only replace merchandise if it is:

6. CAMPS, CLINICS, PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Purchases for camps, clinics, training programs, memberships, subscriptions, and services are not governed by the merchandise return policy.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSING & DISPUTES
All refunds are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers (including Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal). Refund timing may vary based on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting Purler Wrestling may result in delayed resolution or denial of future services.
