Acceptance

By using this website, registering for a program, or purchasing from Purler Wrestling, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

Our programs

Purler Wrestling operates wrestling academy programs, camps, clinics, and related instruction at multiple locations. Program schedules, locations, coaching staff, and availability may change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.

Registration and eligibility

Registrations for participants under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm you have the authority to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.

Payment

Fees are as listed at the time of registration. Recurring memberships continue until cancelled according to the terms provided at signup. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees. Failed payments may result in suspension of participation until resolved.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by program and are provided at the time of registration. Those program-specific terms govern.

Assumption of risk

Wrestling is a contact sport that carries inherent risk of physical injury. Participation is voluntary. Participants and their parents or guardians accept these risks. Signed waivers may be required separately as a condition of participation.

Conduct

We may remove any participant from a program for conduct that endangers others, disrupts instruction, or violates our policies, without refund.

Communications

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree to receive communications related to your registration and participation. Text messaging is governed by our SMS Messaging Policy.

Media

We may photograph or record programs and use those images for promotional purposes. Contact us in writing if you wish to opt out.

Website use

Content on this site is owned by Purler Wrestling and may not be reproduced without permission. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purler Wrestling's liability arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the program in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
