Airport Transportation

All airport transportation must be booked online. Please book all flights into and out of St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). Flight itineraries must be submitted with at least 3 days’ notice. Anyone who does not register their flight itinerary in time will need to provide their own transportation.  

Pickup & Departure Times

We provide three separate airport pickup times on Friday: 3:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 9:00 PM. If your flight arrives before one of those times, your athlete will need to wait until the next scheduled pickup. For departures, please book flights after 5:30 PM on Sunday. Flights departing earlier will require families to arrange their own ride to the airport. Please avoid Monday departures if possible.
