Camp Check-In & What’s Included

Check-in takes place from 10:45–11:15 AM on Saturday. There is no early check-in unless your athlete is also registered for Friday Night Fights, in which case check-in may happen Friday night. Over the course of camp, athletes will receive high-level instruction, intense drilling, and extensive live wrestling built into a structured schedule.

  • 10:45–11:15 AM: Check-In
  • 11:30 AM–1:30 PM: Session 1
    Intense drilling followed by 1 hour 15 minutes of live wrestling
  • 1:30–3:15 PM: Lunch & Free Time
  • 3:30–5:30 PM: Session 2
    Intense drilling followed by 1 hour 15 minutes of live wrestling
  • 6:00–7:30 PM: Dinner & Free Time
  • 7:30–8:45 PM: Session 3
    Live wrestling
  • After session: Shower & Free Time

Day 1 Total:

5 hours 15 minutes of training

3 hours 45 minutes of live wrestling  

Day 2

  • 7:30–8:15 AM: Breakfast
  • 8:30–11:00 AM: Session 1
    Intense drilling followed by 1 hour 15 minutes of hard wrestling
  • 11:00 AM–12:30 PM: Lunch & Free Time
  • 12:30–2:30 PM: Session 2
    Intense drilling followed by 1 hour 15 minutes of live wrestling
  • Parents are welcome to attend this session
  • No parents in the bunkhouse area
  • After session: Shower & Head Home

Day 2 Total:

4 hours 30 minutes of training

2 hours 30 minutes of live wrestling

  • Parents are welcome at the final session noted in the schedule
