Day 1 Registration & Check-In
Registration on Day 1 takes place from 8:30–9:15 AM. Commuters should arrive by 9:30 AM. If you arrive early, please wait in the parking lot until registration begins. After checking in, help your wrestler get settled into his bunk, say your goodbyes, and allow space for other families to arrive. All parents should leave the campground by 10:00 AM so camp can begin on time.Â
Please note: the first meal of camp is lunch, so wrestlers should eat a good breakfast before arriving. Day 1 session times are slightly modified for registration.

Group 1 Training Times
Session I: 8:00 AM–10:00 AM
Session II: 1:00 PM–3:00 PMÂ

Session I: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Session II: 3:00 PM–5:00 PM

Session I: 8:15 AM–10:15 AM

Daily Meal Times
Meal times are consistent across groups:
Breakfast: 7:00–8:00 AM
Lunch: 11:45 AM–1:00 PM
Dinner: 4:45 PM–6:00 PM
Live Wrestling Schedule
All campers are combined into three live wrestling sessions based on weight to maximize the number of available partners:
Session I: 6:15–7:15 PM
Session II: 7:15–8:15 PM
Session III: 8:15–9:15 PMÂ
Last Day Check-Out
For 5-Day & 14-Day Camps:
The last practice of camp runs from 1:00–2:30 PM for group 1 and 2:30 - 4:00 PM for group 2, and parents are invited to watch. Check-out time is 2:30 PM or 4:00 PM. If you cannot arrive by 4:00 PM, families should call ahead.Â
For 28 Day Camps:
The final session runs from 1:00–2:30 PM, with all campers drilling together. Parents are welcome to attend, and campers should shower and head home after.Â
