Core Skills Bronze is our month-to-month academy program for both high school and youth wrestlers.

While training is available year-round, wrestlers in Bronze have the flexibility to come and go as they please—making it ideal for athletes balancing other sports and commitments.

Learn the Core Skills of Wrestling (Level 1) and build the right technical foundation from the ground up.

Program Details
Frequency:
Train once a week at your specific location of choice, with no year-round commitment.
Cost:
$149 every 28 days for one wrestler
$174 every 28 days for 2 siblings.

Ages:
- 14–19 for High School Academy
(All graduated seniors should consider training at PWA. The last thing you want to do is take 8 months off before entering that college wrestling room.)
- 7–14 for the Youth Academy. We take any wrestler who has 2 months wrestling experience and a desire to set fire to their wrestling career.
