Off Season Wrestling Advice

It is not a good idea to quit wrestling for 6 months a year to do gymnastics, judo, Cross Country,  or BJJ, just to ‘help your wrestling’…now if the kids want to do these sports then knock yourself out!  But do not QUIT wrestling to do a different sport to help your wrestling…wrestling helps wrestling….taking 35% – 70% of the season off to help your wrestling won’t help your wrestling.
