Bottom line - we understand what it takes to get there because we've been in your shoes every step of the way. We know how it feels at the beginning of your career to wrestle kids with several more years experience - we can catch you up fast with our training methods. On the other end of the spectrum, we also know the challenges of breaking out on the national scene once you have attained dominance in Colorado and are rarely challenged. We can help you navigate through a grueling season (both physically and mentally) and have a peak performance when it counts because we've been there. We know how it feels to win big-stakes matches and you can be sure we have lost our fair share of them as well. Beyond teaching you wrestling techniques that will strike fear into your opponents, we can teach you how to train correctly, how to eat correctly and deal with weight loss, how to study and manage your time academically and how to deal mentally with the sport of wrestling and keep it fun. We take pride in the fact that we have coached several wrestlers in Colorado that have gone on to compete at the NCAA level and many more that have turned out to simply be outstanding, productive, successful adults.
