Purler Wrestling, Inc is a family owned and operated wrestling company which was established in 1999 and has since grown to offer a wide range of training opportunities for the entire nation. Purler Wrestling Academy commonly carries over 250 students with many driving as much as 3-5 hours round
trip to train with Nick and Tony Purler at our weekly training sessions which operate in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas.
Not only is Purler Wrestling Academy the nation’s largest wrestling school, but also one of it’s most successful. PWA offers year-round training for the serious, disciplined, and dedicated wrestler.
Illinois, Kansas, Iowa kids (youth and high school) are welcome to all PWA locations! E-mail me for directions if needed. If driving is a problem, keep in mind that dedicated young men travel up to 7 hours round trip to train with the Purler Bros...with a large number driving 2 1/2 to 4 hours round trip.

Purler Wrestling has established itself as a premiere wrestling school in the US by helping hundreds of students reach their dreams of winning state and national medals / titles. Furthermore, we are proud to have played a role in helping to put the state of Missouri on the national radar screen and look forward to achieving similar results in Southern Illinois and Eastern Kansas
Purler Wrestling students have also won the prestigious Junior National title, Cadet National Title, Cadet and Junior National All-American honors, as well as the touted Trinity Awards, Dominator and Ultimate Dominator awards as well as a few that have won the VERY competitive USA Wrestling Triple Crown trophy. We are also honored to say that we had the only 2X Trinity Award winner in MO Wrestling history as well as the only World of Wrestling Grand Slam winner in MO Wrestling history in Bradley Wisdom!
Furthermore, Missouri wrestling has only produced a few Asics Junior Nat'l freestyle Champions in its history and we have one of them. Tim Kephart was a 5X Cadet/Junior National finalist in freestyle and Greco-roman in Fargo, ND and in 2003 pinned his finals opponent in just over 30 seconds for the coveted Junior Nat'l freestyle trophy making him one of Missouri's top freestyle wrestlers of ALL TIME!!!

Who can join PWA? The answer is anyone at least 8 years of age with one year of wrestling experience and a disciplined work ethic. No need to be intimidated, if you train hard, you get respect at PWA. We have youth and high school sessions to accommodate all ages!
The Purler Bros. TAKEDOWN MACHINE TRAINING CAMP fills quickly each summer and is considered one of the Nation's best camps. We allow just 45 +/- athletes each week and absolutely drill the techniques into them. This DRILL CAMP is one of the best opportunities for your son. No beginners allowed.
